Returns Policy

If your order arrives incomplete or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the order by emailing us at We will confirm the process and address for any returns, replacements or refunds, and we will answer any of your questions.

If you wish to return an unwanted item or if our suppliers have, by mistake, sent an incorrect or additional item, please notify us by email within 2 weeks of receipt of the order.

Please note that we will not cover any faults that are caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.
